Chuck Scott was born in Indianapolis and raised in Mooresville from age 7.  After graduating High School, he joined the U.S. Army and was assigned to the White House Communications Agency in Washington, DC.  Chuck’s real interest in photography began while traveling worldwide missions under the Bush Sr. and Clinton administrations.  Chuck soon bought his first film SLR to record his travels to Russia, Africa, Ukraine, Germany, etc.
